2017 CAASPP Score Reports

Soon, we will be sending home 2017 CAASPP Score Reports for students in grades 3-8 who took the 2017 Smarter Balanced Summative Assessments (SBAC). The assessments, which are delivered by computer, consist of two sections: a computer-adaptive test and a Performance Task (PT) based on the California State Standards for English language arts/literacy and mathematics. The computer-adaptive section includes a range of items types such as selected response, constructed response, table, fill-in, graphing, etc. The PT are extended activities that measure a student’s ability to integrate knowledge and skills across multiple standards—a key component of college and career readiness.  READ MORE... about 2017 CAASPP Score Reports

California Data Dashboard
What is it? The California School Dashboard is a new website that shows how local agencies (LEAs) and schools are performing on the indicators in California's new school accountability system. Gold Ribbon School
In February 2016, Lake Elementary submitted an application to the California Gold Ribbon Schools Program. This program is designed to honor outstanding public schools in California. Schools were selected based on their exemplary achievements in implementing state standards in priority areas.
